Samson Management will launch sales at its luxury condominium building at 498 West End Avenue in September.
Units at the 100-year-old limestone-and-brick building will be available starting at $3 million dollars, Buzz Buzz Home reported. Last month, the website revealed that Samson would indeed convert the property’s rentals into condos. CetraRuddy is designing a range of three- to five-bedroom apartments.
Halstead Property Development Marketing is marketing the building.
Samson picked up the 12-story property for $52.5 million at the end of 2012, paying a record amount for a building with fewer than 50 units on the avenue, The Real Deal previously reported. [Buzz Buzz Home] – Tom DiChristopher
