Two separate parcels on the Sagaponack oceanfront spanning 30 acres will hit the market for nearly $35 million.
The 6,000-square-foot house is to be listed for $29 million, and 23 adjacent acres of farmland will be on the market for $6 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The estate formerly belonged to the late Richard Treibick, a cable and telecom magnate. Gary DePersia of the Corcoran Group will have the listing.
Treibick, who died earlier this summer, acquired the house for $1.8 million in 1995 and the farmland for $750,000 four years later, according to the Journal. He had served as chair of Cable Holdings and Cellular Information Systems.
The seven-bedroom house features a pool, carriage house and 280 feet of beachfront. Treibick was formerly the chairman of Cable Holdings and Cellular Information Systems. [WSJ] — Mark Maurer
