The 33-story condo tower at 325 Lexington Avenue that has been under construction intermittently since 2008 is finally set to launch sales this fall.
A teaser website has launched for the condo building, which is located in Murray Hill between East 38th and 39th streets and houses 123 units and 2 penthouses. It advertises the imminent opening of on-site model residences. Construction restarted in December 2012 following a four-year halt.
Carmel Partners and Times Square Construction & Development have not yet released pricing information, but Curbed reported that the median price for a one-bedroom condo in Murray Hill is $1.087 million.
