Rihanna is scoping out a not-so-hopeless place.
The pop star reportedly visited an $18 million listing at the Enrique Norten-designed One York, a downtown luxury condominium on the border of Soho and Tribeca.
According to the New York Post, Rihanna visited the 10th floor of the building. The entire 10th floor — currently made up of three apartments — is listed with Urban Compass’ James Cox.
After renovations that will configure the three apartments into one unit, the home will total 5,350 square feet and have four bedrooms.
Rihanna wouldn’t be the only high-profile resident at the building. Nightclub impresario Michael Hirtenstein and author Emily Stone also live at One York. [NYP, 1st] — Claire Moses
