A pioneer in the electronic dance music industry has put six properties on the market for a whopping $107 million dollars.
The man behind the impressive portfolio is Robert F.X. Sillerman, founder of SFX Entertainment, which has stakes in promotion companies, Miami nightclubs and other entertainment ventures. Among the properties on the block is an eight-room oceanfront home at 1116 Meadow Lane in Southampton, listed with Tim Davis of the Corcoran Group for $39 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Sillerman is also seeking $28 Million For A Manhattan Townhouse On 70th Street, according to the newspaper. Caroline Holl and Leighton Chandler have the listing at Corcoran.
Sillerman is not out of house and home though. If the sales go through, he’ll still own a $12 million 72nd Street townhouse and four properties in the Hamptons, he told the Journal. [WSJ] — Tom DiChristopher
