One World Trade Center is expected to open within a month, according to Capital New York.
According to the website, building owners Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the Durst Organization are looking to open the doors on Oct. 27. Plans have not been finalized, according to Capital New York .
Condé Nast will occupy floors 20 through 44 at the skyscraper. The China Center New York and the U.S. General Services Administration have also leased space.
Some new tenants recently signed leases to move into the 1,776-feet-tall tower, including Australia-based company Servcorp. Advertising agency KiDS Creative signed a long term lease at the tower in May, paying more than $90 per square foot.
