The actress, who bought the apartment for $4.1 million in 2013, had been looking to sell the unit for a while. The initial asking price was $4.5 million, which was later reduced to $4.25 million. The 2,592-square-foot unit has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and a home office.

Trebitsch already owns a 1,414-square-foot unit on the seventh floor that she bought for $1.9 million earlier this Fall, according to the newspaper, as well as a unit on the 12th floor that she purchased for $3 million in 2010.
