Leonardo DiCaprio has been renting out his apartment in the Delos for $25,000 a month.
The actor paid $10 million for the home at 66 East 11th Street last year, but he hasn’t spent much time there. DiCaprio has been renting it out to Jonathan Orszag, an economic policy advisor for President Clinton during the 1990s and a senior managing director of economic consulting firm Compass Lexecon, according to the New York Post.
The Delos building boasts healthy amenities such as vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water, a circulated aromatherapy air supply, posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring and a “dawn simulation” provided by a circadian lighting design.
