Durst Organization is developing the roughly 800,000-square-foot rental building

It’s now possible to take a close look at Bjarke Ingels Group’s tetrahedon on the far west side of 57th Street.

Field Condition took a tour through the under-construction building, located on the outskirts of the so-called “Billionaire’s Row” at 625 West 57th Street. The project is the Danish architect’s first major one in the city.

The Durst Organization is developing the roughly 800,000-square-foot rental building. The 43-story structure will include more than 700 apartments.
