Last year, actress Demi Moore began a whisper listing campaign to sell her San Remo triplex for $75 million. Now, she’s taking a more traditional route and officially offering the unit, PH26C, for the first time in 25 years. Here’s a look inside the listing.

In 1990, Moore purchased the south tower penthouse with her former husband Bruce Willis from the “Saturday Night Fever” producer Robert Stigwood, according to the New York Times. Moore also picked up a two-bedroom, two-bath lobby level maisonette, which is included in the listing. Moore currently pays more than $20,000 a month in maintenance fees for both units.

The triplex has roughly 7,000 square feet of interior living space, and 1,500 square feet of wraparound terraces, with views of the park, river and cityscape vistas.

If Moore sees her $75 million ask, it would set a record for an Upper West Side co-op and more than double the in-house record of $26.4 million at the San Remo.

Moore renovated the interiors of both units in a Southwestern Mission motif, featuring lots of cherry wood, according to the Times. The living room features three exposures, more than 20 feet of park frontage and a fireplace.

“I’m spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time,” Moore told the Times.
