John Legend’s real estate agent is on the move.

Jason Walker, formerly of Douglas Elliman, decamped to Compass, and sources said he plans to list the singer’s Nolita pad next week.

To date, Walker has sold more than $1 billion worth of real estate, Compass said. He joined Elliman in 2005 and was named Rookie of the Year that year.

Last year, the Walker team sold $85 million worth of real estate, making it one of the 200 top sales agents in the country, according to A Ranking Compiled By The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends.

In a statement, Walker said he enjoyed 10 successful years at Elliman and it was “tough” to move on. “The levels of innovation and forward thinking that the [Compass] platform offers is very refreshing,” he said.

“We wish Jason well,” said Steven James, CEO of Douglas Elliman New York City.

It’s unclear how much Legend’s home will ask when it hits the market. The Grammy Award-winner shelled out nearly $2.5 million in 2012 for the condo at the Brewster Carriage House at 374 Broome Street. The pad, which Legend shares with wife Chrissy Teigen, was recently featured on the cover of Architectural Digest.

Previously, Walker helped Legend buy and sell several condos Downtown.

In 2009, Walker sold Legend’s East Village condo for $1 million, and helped the singer upgrade to a two-bedroom condo at 52 East 4th Street, which Legend bought for $1.9 million. In 2011, Legend sold the East 4th Street pad.
