Delos Living eyes Romanoff Equities’ 860 Washington St.

Wellness-centric residential developer would be the first tenant at the building

Delos Living is reportedly looking to move its offices to the Meatpacking District.

The residential developer is eyeing a floor at Romanoff Equities’ 120,000-square-foot 860 Washington Street, Crain’s reported. Asking rents range from $140 to $160 per square foot, which is a record for the neighborhood. The floors in the building span between 10,000 and 12,000 square feet.

Delos would be the office building’s first tenant.

Delos, which develops projects with wellness and health in mind, sold a unit at 66 East 11th Street to Leonardo DiCaprio in 2013. The firm is known for offering amenities like Vitamin C-infused showers. Delos currently has offices at Nearby 22 Little West 12th Street. [Crain’s]Claire Moses
