Baldwin sold an eighth floor unit at Devonshire House at 28 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village, earning $2.1 million.

Scott Stewart of the Corcoran Group had the listing.

The 30 Rock and Hunt for Red October actor bought the 840-square-foot one bedroom in 2013 for $2.25 million. He originally listed it in March for $2.35 million, 6sqft reported.

Baldwin and his wife own two other units in the building, a penthouse, for $12.5 million in 2011, and another unit next door to it, under his wife Hilaria’s name. [6sqft]Ariel Stulberg
