Celebrity chef Bobby Flay is looking to serve up his sizzling duplex pad at the Chelsea Mercantile.
The restaurateur and “Great Chefs” star is listing his apartment at Rockrose Development’s 252 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea, hoping to earn $8 million.
The unit, 8H/9H, features – surprise, surprise – a spectacular kitchen, as well as a billiard room and built-in bookshelves.
The interiors were designed by MG & Company, which has also worked with Flay on his NYC restaurants, Curbed reported.
Numerous celebrities have called the Chelsea Mercantile home, including Katie Holmes, Scott Gomez, Lance Bass and Marc Jacobs.
The Corcoran Group’s Meris Blumstein and Kenny Blumstein have the listing. Rockrose bought the building in 1997 for $41.1 million. [Curbed] – Ariel Stulberg
