Audrina Patridge checked out $2.2M pad at 311 East 11th Street
Former reality TV star Audrina Patridge, best known for her time on MTV’s “The Hills,” is scoping out a place in Manhattan.
Patridge recently checked out a $2.2 million ground-floor duplex at 311 East 11th Street in the East Village, which spans 1,213 square feet and comes with a 508-square-foot private backyard.
The duplex’s lower level boasts an open chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar, while a 25-foot-tall green wall surrounding the backyard promises to protect Patridge’s privacy.
The master suite, meanwhile, comes with a walk-in closet, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a home office area, according to the New York Post. Amenities in the LEED Gold-certified building, known as Village Green, include a doorman, gym and fitness center.
Actor and comedian Aziz Ansari recently checked out a $4.9 million penthouse unit at the building, which was built by developers Micahel and Izak Namer of Alfa Development. [NYP] – Rey Mashayekhi
