Gwyneth Paltrow recently launched an organic skincare line that may be affordable for mere mortals, but her Tribeca pad that hit the market for $14.25 million may be out of her followers’ price range.
The actress and her then-husband, Chris Martin of Coldplay, bought the penthouse at the five-story, 67-unit 416 Washington Street in 2007 for $5.1 million, according to property records.
The couple, which famously “consciously uncoupled,” broke up in 2014 and is now selling the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condominium at the River Lofts, which also has the address 92 Laight Street, Curbed reported.
Designers Roman & Williams upgraded the interior of the around 4,000-square-foot apartment that now features “fuzzy nap zones,” painted white floors, skylight, Private Terrace, built-in Sonos sound system, according to Curbed.
