What do you do when a judge orders you to pay a former wrestling star $10 million for publishing his sex tape? Maybe renting out your fancy Soho apartment is a start.

Gawker founder and editor-in-chief Nick Denton put his four-bedroom apartment at 76 Crosby Street on the market for $15,000 per month. Stribling’s Pamela D’Arc has the listing, according to the New York Post.

A Florida jury recently ordered Gawker, the hard-hitting news site Denton founded in 2003, to pay $140 million in damages to Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) for publishing a sex tape featuring the former wrestling star without his permission. Denton is personally liable for a $10 million share of the damages.

Denton’s 2,556-square-foot pad, which sits at the corner of Spring Street, comes with 12-foot ceilings and a “massive square teak Japanese soaking tub,” according to the listing. [NYP] – Konrad Putzier
