Harry and Linda, a Guggenheim Foundation board member, jointly own art that alone is estimated to be worth $1 billion, according to reports.

After sustaining spectacular losses during the financial crisis – including defaulting on a $5.8 billion loan on the GM Building — Macklowe bounced back post-2011 with a slew of projects.

They include 432 Park Avenue, the ultra-luxe supertall skyscraper Macklowe Properties is building with CIM Group.
