At a time when prices are being slashed amid an oversupply in the luxury market, one seller is doing the opposite.
The owner of a penthouse at the Puck Building has put it back on the market after a two-year hiatus for $35 million, or $5,833 per square foot, up from the original $27.5 million asking price when it first hit the market in 2014, Curbed reported.
Dana Power of Town Residential has the listing.
“We priced the penthouse competitively based on other comparable properties,” Power told Mansion Global of the price hike.
The 6,000-square-foot property, at 293 Lafayette Street, has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a loft-style living area, industrial-style barrel-vaulted ceilings and a steel fireplace. [Curbed] and [Mansion Global] — Katherine Clarke
