Hedge fund manager David Ganek has listed a 14-room duplex at the exclusive 740 Park Avenue co-op for $29.5 million.

The four-bedroom apartment was once home to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, then Jacqueline Bouvier. The former First Lady lived there in the 1930s, until she was seven.

The palatial two-floor unit has preserved its 1920s-era architecture and includes a marble gallery, a dining room for hosting epic dinner parties, a library, Park Avenue views, and multiple staff rooms, according to Curbed.

Ganek first listed the unit for $44 million in 2014 soon after purchasing a 6,000-square-foot penthouse at Jared Kushner’s Puck building in Soho for $28 million.
