Screenwriter and novelist Michael Idov has slapped his 10th-floor Washington Heights residence at 790 Riverside Drive on the market for $1.3 million.
The former editor of Russian GQ magazine who currently lives in Berlin is letting go of his pied-à-terre in the 1910 Beaux Arts co-op building, known as the Riviera, according to the New York Post.
The three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom unit is situated in the Audubon Park Historic District. It features a formal dining room with restored oak paneling, original moldings, a butler’s pantry and a large living room.
The co-op building itself boasts a marble lobby, ground-floor laundry, storage and a bike room.
The listing broker is Halstead’s Vivian Ducat.
Earlier this year, Idov penned a piece for New York Times magazine titled, “My Accidental Career as a Russian Screenwriter,” which chronicled his time in Putin’s Russia.
