WeWork continued its leasing spree, adding a new location in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood.

The co-working company signed a 94,740-square-foot lease at Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management and Hines’ 205 Hudson Street.

The 12-story, 401,ooo-square-foot building is part of Trinity’s Hudson Square portfolio. In 2015, Norges, which invests on behalf of Norway’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, bought a 44-percent stake in the building.

NGKF represented the landlord and Savitt Partners the tenant, the Commercial Observer reported.

WeWork currently has 38 active locations in Manhattan. It recently signed a 64,000-square-foot lease at 130 West 42nd Street.

The company, valued at $17 billion, is reportedly landing a major investment from Japanese investment firm Softbank.

The Real Deal recently reported that the co-working firm revamped its company structure — giving it a more corporate shape — and hired executives from Brooklyn Bowl and Starwood Property to help run two divisions.  [CO]Konrad Putzier
