ESPN’s Mike Greenberg, co-host of the popular radio show “Mike & Mike,” scored himself a condominium unit at 212 Fifth Avenue.

Greenberg and his wife, Stacy, paid $6.666 million for the three-bedroom pad, property records show. At 2,693 square feet, the price works out to $2,475 per foot, a discount from the $7.05 million (and $2,617-per-foot) asking price.

Greenberg, who penned the 2007 best-seller, “Why My Wife Thinks I’m an Idiot,” is rumored to be getting a solo show after ending his long-running gig with Mike Golic.

At 212 Fifth, the Greenbergs’ neighbors will include Charles Kushner, who made a deal to buy a 4,614-square-foot triplex for around $12.5 million, as The Real Deal reported.

Texas billionaire Ed Bass, who is worth $3 billion, snagged a $28 million condo for two adjacent apartments on the 19th floor. He paid just under $4,000 per foot for the 7,100-square-foot spread.

The Fifth Avenue building, developed by Madison Equities, Thor Equities and Building and Land Technology (BLT), is now under construction and will have 48 units, including a penthouse asking $68.5 million, or $6,850 per foot.

In January, Madison’s Robert Gladstone sued Town Residential, alleging the brokerage resisted being replaced although it failed to hit sales benchmarks. (Sotheby’s International Realty is now marketing the building.)

But Town subsequently sued the developer for allegedly withholding more than $2.5 million in commissions. Last month, Gladstone sued Town CEO Andrew Heiberger for $100 million, alleging the brokerage head defamed him and his company and attempted to “poison public sentiment” against them. A spokesperson for Town characterized Gladstone’s suit as “bullying and intimidation.”
