Filmmaker Oliver Stone is in contract to buy a 24th-floor apartment at 2 River Terrace.
The apartment at Riverhouse was last asking $4.3 million, the New York Post reported, citing sources. The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home spans just under 2,000 square feet, and features south-facing views of the Hudson and hardwood floors.
The director of films such as “Wall Street,” “Platoon,” and “JFK” was apparently convinced to buy at the building because of its eco-friendly features. Riverhouse has a top energy efficiency standards rating, which makes it one of the “greenest” condos buildings in city, according to StreetEasy. Leonardo DiCaprio owns two units there.
Stone previously lived in an apartment at One Morton Square, which he sold in 2014.
