Shout it from “The Hills” — Lauren Conrad, the original darling of Orange County, has found a buyer for her Pacific Palisades home. It was asking just under $5 million, according to the New York Post.
The former MTV star was reportedly looking for a quick sale on the 5,900-square-foot bungalow she bought in April 2015 for $4.4 million. There is no word yet on the identity of the buyer.
The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house is “flawlessly remodeled,” according to marketing materials. That remodeling included a touch of paint. The main house, a Mediterranean-style property with a colonial touch, was tan with a terracotta roof when Conrad bought it. It’s now bright white, as are most of the interiors.
Conrad also owns two multi-million dollar homes on the same street in Laguna Beach. [NYP] —Christopher Cameron
