High-end fashion retailer Intermix signed an 80,903-square-foot office lease at Empire State Realty Trust’s 111 West 33rd Street.
The Gap Inc. subsidiary will move from 1440 Broadway. CBRE represented the tenant and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank the landlord.
Empire State Realty Trust moved its own headquarters into the 26-story building after renovating its lobby. Last year the Michael J. Fox Foundation signed an 86,000-square-foot lease at the Herald Square property.
