Every brokerage in The Real Deal’s ranking of the residential royalty of Northern New Jersey had its own strategies for staying on top. For this year’s ranking, TRD analyzed single-family home listings in Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic and Hudson counties that were active on Redfin as of April 30, 2017. Franchises were grouped by parent brand.
