Jake Gyllenhaal is the latest A-lister to buy at 443 Greenwich

Add Jake Gyllenhaal’s name to the ever-expanding list of celebrities who’ve purchased at 443 Greenwich Street.

The “Nightcrawler” and “Brokeback Mountain” star snagged an $8.63 million apartment at the Tribeca building through his Woodrow Trust, according to public records filed with the city Tuesday.

He used the same trust, linked to Los Angeles business manager Warren Grant, to buy a house in the Hollywood Hills in 2005.

The 2,868-square-foot apartment comprises three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It was asking $8.55 million.

Gyllenhaal will be in good company. His neighbors include Meg Ryan, Harry Styles, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel. Jennifer Lawrence also owns a unit in the building, though she is renting it out, The Real Deal previously reported.

Developer Nathan Berman, who converted the property from a book bindery to high-end condos, previously declined comment on purchasers, but said that 90 percent of the buyers at the former book bindery turned condo building are “household names.”

While the location of Gyllenhaal’s previous New York home wasn’t clear, he did once rent to comedian Amy Schumer, who quipped that she stole a cake from his fridge.

“The one thing that he did leave, because he really gutted the place, he left a frozen cake in his freezer,” she told Stephen Colbert in 2015. “It was very old. It was not edible … I would get drunk and I would eat it and I would talk as if he were there and I was at the party that the cake was served at.”
