According to previous listing information, the unit has 6,770 square feet of interior space plus 260 square feet of outdoor space, and at that time it came with three bedrooms, a library, a home office, a breakfast room and multiple fireplaces.

Condo’s work is in the permanent collections of the MoMA, the Whitney and the Met.

Tamara Mellon, the shoe designer and co-founder of Jimmy Choo, currently owns the $25 million penthouse in the building. She’s been trying to part with it for almost three years.

Update: A previous version of this story incorrectly identified Mellon as the seller.
