Prepare to swoon over teen idol Josh Hartnett’s Tribeca apartment

From LLNYC: Many a teenage girl fantasized about being Josh Hartnett’s girlfriend. Now, they can fantasize about living in his apartment. The actor and producer has just listed his penthouse in Tribeca at 16 Hudson Street for $4.25 million.

Sadly, Josh does not seem to spend much time in the unit, seeing as there is absolutely no furniture in it. According to the listing, with Pamela D’Arc of Stribling, the unit is only a one bedroom, two bathroom. Those metrics are deceptive, though, because the apartment looks massive, with 10 huge windows in the “entertaining” space, which can easily be converted into more bedrooms.

There’s also a spiral staircase that leads up to a stunning 940-square-foot private roof deck (the home also comes with access to the building’s common roof deck if you want to actually hang out with people).

Hartnett has been taking a break from acting recently, though he’s starred in some independent films and the Showtime series “Penny Dreadful.” He rose to fame in the mid-2000’s with roles in “Pearl Harbor” and “Black Hawk Down.”
