Bon Jovi ain’t gonna live forever — he and his neighbor team up to sell their apartments

From LLNYC: Sometimes, all a listing needs to sell is a shot through the heart. At least, that’s what Jon Bon Jovi is hoping. The rock star just teamed up with his neighbor at the star-studded 150 Charles in an effort to sell their duplex apartments, which are now listed for a combined $29 million.

Props to Curbed, which first spotted the combo unit, which is listed with Madeline Hult Elghanayan, Raphael De Niro, Darren Sukenik and Peter Z. Zaitzeff of Douglas Elliman. If someone really did choose to combine these units, they would be buying 6,701 square feet of space, with seven bedrooms and more than seven bathrooms.

Bon Jovi first listed his apartment at 150 Charles in June for $17 million, it is now asking a hair under $16 million, while his neighbor (whose identity is shielded behind an LLC) listed his or her smaller unit earlier this month for $11.75 million. Both listings are still available individually.

This is not the first time a celebrity has teamed up with a neighbor to try to sell an apartment; Kelsey Grammer did the same thing with his neighbor at 100 Eleventh Avenue. He recently sold his own unit, though his neighbor’s still appears to be on the market. Here’s hoping Bon Jovi’s neighbor has better luck with this arrangement. [Curbed]
