From LLNYC: Steven Pasquale has been “rescued” from his former apartment. The actor, who is best known for his role as Sean Garrity on “Rescue Me,” has just sold his penthouse unit at 58 West 129th Street for $1.875 million, per city records.
Pasquale paid a little more than $1.5 million for the pad in 2015, so this is a pretty nice little payday for him. According to the listing, with Whitney Osentoski, Jeff Krantz and Kristin Krantz of Halstead Property, the 1,692-square-foot apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (though Pasquale has reconfigured it as a two bedroom). It also comes with three terraces, a working fireplace, a “vintage reclaimed sliding barn door” and a skylit kitchen.
In addition to “Rescue Me,” Pasquale has also appeared on “Six Feet Under,” “American Crime Story: The People Versus O.J. Simpson,” and “Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem.” He was previously married to Tony-Award-winning actress Laura Benanti, and is now engaged to Phillipa Soo, who played Eliza in “Hamilton.”
