From LLNYC: In May, Scott Disick announced that he would be starring in a new reality show called “Royally Flipped,” in which he and his contractor friend, Mickey, would buy old houses, fix them up and resell them for a profit.

While we’re not sure what the status of that show is, maybe before Disick starts flipping houses on TV, he should do a better job of flipping them in real life. His giant house in Hidden Hills has been lingering on the market since June 2016. We have a feeling the reason no one wants it is because Disick bought it for only $5.96 million, and tried to sell it six months later for $8.8 million. Unfortunately for him, it seems, people can do math and aren’t willing to pay more than $2 million more for a property, just because it has been touched by Disick.

And so it seems more than a year later, he’s done the next best thing and put the home on the rental market, for the sweet fee of $60,000-a-month. The 8,110-square-foot home has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a pool, spa, fire pit and basketball court.
Oh, and it is owned by Scott Disick — for whatever that’s worth.
