Broadway producer Bill DeSeta and his wife Donna listed their 10,000-square-foot Townhouse On West 80th Street for $20 million.

The couple paid $170,000 for the home at 323 West 80th Street in 1970, the New York Post reported. It was then a single-room-occupancy hotel, separated into 20 rooms. They spent $200,000 renovating the home, and it now features a 3,000-square-foot owners’ duplex and eight separate units. There’s also a private roof-garden and garage. The landmarked building was built in 1897, according to the post.
