New Yorkers can now keep track of every apartment eviction in their city using a new interactive map.

The map from housing advocacy group JustFix.nyc shows that 450,000 evictions were filed between 2013 and 2015, roughly 30,000 of which became actual evictions, according to Curbed.

Evictions are particularly common in Brooklyn neighborhoods such as Bushwick and Crown Heights that contain relatively high amounts of rent-stabilized apartments.

The Rent Guidelines Board voted this year to increase rents in the city’s stabilized apartments by 1.25 percent for one-year leases and 2 percent for two-year leases, the first time in three years that rents will rise. [Curbed]Eddie Small
