Tom Brady took home $28.8 million last year making him the fifth highest-paid NFL player currently, though he’s the third highest-paid player in the history of the league having earned almost $200 million over the course of his still ongoing career.

Despite all that cash, Brady only buys big when it comes to one thing: houses. Here’s a look at where Brady and his wife, Gisele Bündchen, have bought and sold.

Boston
Their condo in the hometown of the New England Patriots was the couple’s homebase until 2012 when they sold it for $9 million.

The custom-built, $20 million mansion had a moat and its own chicken coop so the couple could have fresh eggs. They sold it in 2014 to Dr. Dre for $40 million and moved back to the East Coast where they built their own five-bedroom house in Brookline, MA for $4.5 million, according to Forbes.

Their search for a condo in the Big Apple began in 2013 before they settled on this Tribeca condo.
