The Los Angeles-based director, whose films include the first “Hunger Games” and “Seabiscuit,” paid $2.7 million for the pied-a-terre at 366 West 11th Street in 2012, property records show. He later transferred the unit to an LLC dubbed Pied-A-Mere.
The fifth-floor condo — the combination of three apartments — totals 5,034 square feet. It has three bedrooms, a reading nook and an office, according to the listing. It also has three balconies with partial river views.
Listing brokers Mark Jovanovic and Scott Hustis of Compass could not be reached for comment.
“Hunger Games” star Jennifer Lawrence owns a 3,184-square-foot condo at the star-studded 443 Greenwich Street. She paid $9 million for the apartment, which she quietly listed for rent this spring, asking $27,500 a month.
