One lucky pizza rat just bought their dream home for $24 million. Pizza heir Anthony Sbarro finally found a buyer for his Southampton compound, which had been most recently asking $27 million.

Sbarro purchased the 15,700-square-foot property for $10.2 million back in 2014 and commissioned architect by Francis Fleetwood to design the home. But last summer, he put the nine bedroom, 11 bathroom house on the market asking $32 million and later lowered the price to just under $27 million. Apparently, he took a liking to a different waterfront property and moved there instead, according to Mansion Global.

The identity of the buyer, who was represented by Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty, has not been revealed. Erica Grossman and Michaela Keszler of Douglas Elliman were marketing the property.

The house features multiple fireplaces, a professional kitchen, a two-bedroom guest apartment, as well as a gym, sauna, theater, wine cellar, dance studio, and elevator. Outside, there’s a heated pool, pool house, tennis court, patios and landscaped grounds. [Mansion Global]Christopher Cameron
