Leasing is officially underway for the 12-story Hudson Yards building at 411 West 35th Street.
The building, called the Lewis, stands at 120 feet and contains 186 rental units, according to YIMBY. Bronx-based Joy Construction and Jorge Madruga’s MADDD Equities developed the project, while Douglas Elliman is handling leasing and marketing.
The Lewis spans 191,700 square feet, including 162,850 square feet of residential space, 14,590 square feet of commercial space, and 980 square feet of space on the ground floor for a doctor’s office. Amenities include a fitness center and a rooftop terrace.
The building, which is still under construction, will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units starting at roughly $3,000 per month. [YIMBY] – Eddie Small
