Disgraced movie magnate Harvey Weinstein has sold his Amagansett mansion for $10 million — a far cry from the original listing price of $17.5 million. The five-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath home sits on 1.93 acres at 50 Broadview Road, which also features 260 feet of beachfront on Gardiners Bay. Weinstein and his estranged wife Georgina Chapman de-listed the mansion in October amid the storm of allegations sexual assault allegations against him, but Taisho Holdings Inc. purchased the property in November, according to public records. Part of Jackie O’s East Hampton estate sold for $11.25M
A four-acre piece of Lasata, the East Hampton estate where former first lady Jackie Kennedy Onassis spent her childhood summers, has been sold for $11.25 million — slightly off its $11.99 million asking price. The 40 Middle Lane parcel includes the original grass tennis court, but the main house is on a seven-acre plot at 121 Further Lane, which, priced at $29.99 million, is under contract with a different buyer, the New York Post reported. Golfer Raymond Floyd takes a mulligan on the price of his Southampton estate
Raymond Floyd knocked $5 million off the listing price of his Southampton estate. Mulligan, as the Captains Neck Lane property is known, hit the market for $24.995 million in August, but the golf legend lowered the price to $19.5 million, Curbed reported. The compound has some 14,000 square feet of living space on more than three-acres with a pool, tennis court and guest house. Bruce and Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing. Ira Rennert sues his lawyer for losing case centered on Sagaponack mansion
Ira Rennert was found guilty of using company funds to build his massive Sagaponack estate, but the billionaire isn’t giving up his legal fight. Rennert is suing his lawyer for botching his defense in the 2015 case that ended up with an order of $213 million in fines for Rennert. The billionaire was accused of taking $41 million from Rennert’s Magnesium Corporation of America and diverting it to the construction of the 62,000-square-foot waterfront estate called Fair Field, which has 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, three dining rooms, three swimming pools, a 164-seat theater and a bowling alley. Rennert unsuccessfully appealed the decision against him and was denied a further hearing by the U.S. Supreme Court. [TRD]

Keeping up with the Kardashians’ Southampton rental gets a price cut
The Kardashians rented the home at 317 Noyack Road in Southampton in 2014, but even a summer in the spotlight of reality TV’s first family hasn’t helped sell the place. The 8,900-square-foot waterfront property has been on the market since Kim and company left. The original listing price was $13.95 million, with a bump to $14.95 million six months later, then a cut to $12.75 million in March before a further cut in January to $11.95 million.
