Bruce Willis and his wife Emma listed their six-bedroom Upper West Side apartment for $17.75 million, less than $1 million more than what they paid for it in 2015.

The couple paid $17 million for the co-op unit at 271 Central Park West, which they purchased from Milwaukee Bucks owner Wesley Edens and his wife Lynn Edens, according to property records.

The 6,000-square-foot apartment spans two floors, and was originally two park-facing units that the Edens family combined into one. The 13-story building was built in 1912 and has 26 units in total.

The listing agent, Ann Cutbill Lenane of Douglas Elliman, told the Wall Street Journal that the Willises are looking to sell because they aren’t spending enough time at the apartment. The Willises have two children and own a home in Bedford Hills in Westchester County.

Bruce Willis, known for his roles in “Die Hard,” “Pulp Fiction” and more, also has three children from a previous marriage to Demi Moore.

Willis told the Journal that he’d always be “an Upper West Side Guy.” He has previously owned units at Trump Place at 220 Riverside Boulevard and at the El Dorado co-op, also on Central Park West, which sold for $13 million. [WSJ]Chava Gourarie
