“Girls” star Jemima Kirke is apparently rethinking her boho chic house in Brooklyn.
The actress — a daughter of rocker Simon Kirke and Lorraine Kirke, who owns a vintage clothing boutique in the city — listed her Carroll Gardens townhouse for $4.495 million, according to Women’s Wear Daily.
The four-story property at 408 Clinton Street has four bedrooms, including a full-floor master suite. After a gut renovation, the house, which dates back to 1899, features imported touches like classic French moldings and Italian marble mantles. Spanning 3,360 square feet, the asking price works out to just over $1,337 per foot.
Kirke, who played Jessa Johansson on “Girls” until the show ended last year, paid $2 million for the house in 2013, WWD said. Brown Harris Stevens’ James Joshua Viscardi has the listing. [WWD] — E.B. Solomont
