Time Equities is putting a Soho townhouse back on the market with a price cut and a new marketing team.
Jed Garfield and Christopher Riccio of Leslie J. Garfield will try to sell Time Equities’ townhouse at 38 Prince Street, which is attached to the Residences at Prince condominium building. The property was previously on the market with CORE Group for $25 million. It’s been price-chopped to $23.5 million.
The property attracted some interest when it was previously on the market but not enough to close a deal, said Time Equities CEO Francis Greenburger.
“It’s not that there was no interest, but we obviously didn’t sell it,” he said, “and we felt that we wanted to take a fresh take on it.”
The house is five floors with two main livings rooms and a backyard. It was previously the west wing of Old Saint Patrick’s School and Convent.
