It looks like John Legend and Chrissy Teigen missed their old building in Nolita. The two just purchased a penthouse at 374 Broome Street for $9 million, according to property records filed with the city Monday.

The pair previously lived in a one-bedroom apartment in the building, but sold the unit in 2016 for $3.9 million. The New York Post reported last year that after buying Rihanna’s former mansion in Beverly Hills, the power couple were back in New York, touring the Broome Street penthouse.

Douglas Elliman’s Lisa Interdonato, Raymond Dillulio, Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes handled the listing. Representatives for Teigen and Legend couldn’t immediately be reached on Tuesday.

The seller is Matthew Swann, an executive at StubHub, documents filed with the state’s Department of Finance show. He purchased the home in 2016 for $8.6 million.

The closing on their new digs followed the singer and supermodel’s announcement on Instagram Sunday night revealing the name of their second child, Miles Theodore Stephens (Legend’s legal last name).
