Madonna needs to stop harassing the neighbors at her Upper West Side co-op, a Manhattan judge has ruled.
The famed singer previously lost a legal challenge to a rule that required her to be in her Harperley Hall unit at 1 West 64th Street when her family or staff members were there, but she was still seeking records related to this suit from her neighbors, according to the New York Post.
She was trying to get access to board records that would show how her family could use her home without breaking the lease and how her lease was changed to require that she needed to be in the home with her family or staff.
Judge Gerald Lebovits ruled that Madonna no longer needs those materials because she is no longer legally allowed to prove her case.
Madonna sued her building in 2016, two years after the board made the controversial change to her lease. Lebovits tossed this claim last September, saying she had waited too long to make the challenge.
