“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star Mariska Hargitay might be parting ways with her Upper West Side townhouse.
Hargitay and her husband Peter Hermann listed the house at 45 West 84th Street for $10.75 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The couple bought the property for $10.7 million in 2012.
The listing agents are Corcoran’s Robby Browne, Chris Kann, Jennifer Ireland, and Stribling’s Alexa Lambert.
The colorful townhouse spans roughly 7,000 square feet across six levels. It has an elevator, a garden and a sunroom with two terraces. The listing team repainted the home and toned down the colors before listing, the report said.
“I loved it, but when you’re going to be selling something, you have to pull it back a little so that it’s not specific,” Browne told the Journal.
Hermann, who stars on the TV show “Younger,” said the couple will stay on the UWS but are moving because their family’s needs have changed. [WSJ] — Meenal Vamburkar
