A mattress magnate has found a new place to lay his head at night.

The co-founder of mattress company Casper, Luke Sherwin, and his chef wife Clare De Boer have purchased a Park Slope townhouse at 605 3rd Street in all cash for $5.025 million, according to newly released property records.

The 4,000-square-foot property is located in a historic district on a tree-lined street that is steps away from Prospect Park. It is surrounded by 24 other townhomes on the extra-wide street.

The 11-room property is a multi-family townhouse. The previous owners rented out the garden level as a one-bedroom apartment. It is unclear if the new owners plan to convert the property into a single-family.

The 1901 townhouse has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large garden and a terrace. Other amenities include grand ceiling heights and a wood-burning fireplace.

The previous owners purchased the property in 1992 for $515,000 and renovated it over many years, according to a source with knowledge of the deal. The four-story home was listed for $4.75 million but Sherwin and De Boer came up more than a quarter million dollars to close.

The sellers were Derek Wolman, a commercial and real estate lawyer at Davidoff Hutcher and Citron, and his wife.

In 2018, Sherwin co-founded Block Renovation, a home remodeling start-up. His wife is the chef at King, a Michelin star–rated Manhattan restaurant.

Matthew Lesser and Ravi Kantha of Leslie J. Garfield, who had the listing, declined to comment.

Correction: An earlier version of this story misstated the price paid for the home. It is $5,025,000, not $5,250,000.
