  • In addition to the penthouse, the couple also owns a triplex in the West Village and has previously tried to sell another apartment in the area.

Actor Hugh Jackman and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, are splitting their penthouse on the West Side.

A deal for the apartment at 100 Eleventh Avenue landed in the city register on Thursday. Public records pegged the sale price of the penthouse at $23.6 million, though the deed for the property states the price as $11.7 million, roughly half of the total value.

The trade was finalized last month, just two days after Furness filed for divorce in Suffolk County.

The couple bought Unit 23PH for $21 million in 2022 under the shell company, Lackawanna. At the time, the sale was one of the most expensive at the Cape Advisors-developed building, though it sold for less than its $25 million initial asking price.

The buyer in the latest transaction is shielded by an LLC identified as Phoenix Rising I. Both entities involved in the trade list the same Beverly Hills address belonging to the investment firm, Grant Tani Barash & Altman Inc. Marriage and family law attorney, Elena Karabatos, signed the document as the buyer’s attorney.

The trade is the first look into how the couple will split their New York real estate following the end of their 27-year marriage. The Australian natives also own a triplex in the West Village, which they bought for $21 million in 2008.

Jackman and Furness previously tried to offload the apartment at 176 Perry Street, though they’ve yet to find a buyer. The couple listed Unit 10S for just under $39 million in 2022 but dropped it to just under $30 million two years later after it languished on the market.

Jackman and Furness were married in April 1996 and later had two children, Oscar and Ava Jackman. The divorce, which Furness initiated on May 23, is uncontested and follows rumors that Jackman was in a relationship with his former Broadway co-star, Sutton Foster.
