Gov. Andrew Cuomo and his partner Sandra Lee have reduced the price on the New Castle home they’re trying to sell, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. The two put the 4,219-square-foot, four-bedroom home on the market for $2.3 million about three months ago, but are now seeking $1.69 million for it. They bought the property for $1.2 million back in 2008, according to the outlet. A Houlihan Lawrence listing describes the property as having a “serene sunken family room with brick fireplace and oversize window seat,” as well as a “library/den,” a home theater, a play room, an “exercise/yoga room” and a “huge inviting dining room.” [WBJ]
