While there are no real guidelines for safely reopening eateries nor an official government timetable for doing so, many Connecticut restaurant owners are getting their ducks in order, according to the Hartford Courant.
The owners of Cugino’s in Farmington might divvy up tasks to individual employees to avoid coronavirus transmission and plan to run simulations with staff to minimize mistakes.
Many restaurants will space out seating, require employees to wear masks, and offer hand sanitizer at the door. Gov. Ned Lamont said he hopes to have a strategy in place by May 20 to reopen businesses. [Hartford Courant] — Dennis Lynch
